Some times we can feel that we are out of sorts and we lose our sparkle and find it hard to focus. We too may feel dissatisfied in a relationship, job or a place where we live. And what once felt good now feels the opposite.
Getting back on track can be a gradual process, or very swift depending on the situation and on oneself. If you pay attention to how you feel, and practice mindfulness by staying in the moment, breath, start to tackle why you feel the way you do, and then you will be able to pull yourself back into alignment.
For example , If you stay in the job or area that you don’t really like, out of a sense of fear or duty then, not only would it would hold you back personally, it would also be a disservice to others epically if your irritable and moody.
5 Steps to get back into alignment.
Think about others. – If you are finding it challenging to put your needs first, the best thing to do would be to get to the root of that issue. Then tackle it. However a quick fix would be to focus on helping others. If you are in a job you hate, how does that affect your family life? Do you snap at those you live with, Complain a lot? Making a change won’t only benefit you but those around you.
Spend some time in nature. – When we spend time in nature any negative or stagnant energy is released, and you will feel refreshed with a new energy. Walk among the plants and trees feel the wind in your hair or the sun on your face.
Gratitude is the best attitude. – Symptoms that you are out of balance include; No zest for life, worry, fear creeping in and a distain for our reality. When we focus on all this ‘stuff’ there is no room for gratitude. We cannot focus on worry at the same time as gratitude our brains can only think of one thing at a time. Better to choose gratitude then. I know what it feels like to think “well that’s all well and good but I have nothing to be grateful for, my life is a mess” trust me I’ve been there and done that one. Keep working on it and think positive thoughts.
Talk to the universe. – We all belong to the same thing, energy. The Universe does work, we ask it’s given. We came to Earth to learn, and have a sense of achievement in that learning. We ask for help, and then it is our job to simply listen for guidance. If we just allow ourselves to be open to opportunities it will lead us to where we need to be, even if it doesn’t always happen in the way we had anticipated.
Release harsh judgements on yourself. – Everyone on this planet is doing the best they can with what they have. It might not always seem that way, but it’s true. Everyone wants purpose; everyone wants to leave their mark on making the world a better place. Some are misguided and lose their way, but it is a built in need we have to help each other.
Your current circumstances do not define your future .When you have felt hurt so badly and you thought I don’t ever think I will lose this pain, but over time you did. It isn’t always easy and it never happens overnight but it does eventually happen. If you feel totally out of alignment now, know that this won’t be forever. Learn to love yourself in whatever place you’re in, and this will help snap you back on track and back into alignment.
